What it is
If a lick doesn't save, the fix is almost always one of four things.
Setting it up
- 1Check you're still signed in — reload the app.
- 2Try capturing directly from Feed The Frogg to see if the app itself works.
- 3If only the extension fails, reload the page and re-pin the extension.
- 4Some sites block extensions (bank pages, PDF viewers) — copy the text and paste instead.
Using it day to day
- 1Very large files may time out; try a smaller image or paste the text.
- 2If a capture saved but you can't see it, check your Inbox before assuming it's lost.
The C shortcut is the fastest way to confirm the app side is healthy.
