Privacy Notice

GetFrogg is operated by MarkpMilton, LLC ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for personal data processed through the GetFrogg website, browser extension and app. You can reach us at support@getfrogg.com.

• Account data — name or handle, email address, login credentials (stored hashed) and, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile Google returns. Used to create and secure your account and to authenticate you. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
• Content you capture — highlighted text, links, notes, images and files you save into Ponds and Lily Pads, plus AI chat prompts and outputs. Used to provide the Service and the AI features you request. Legal basis: contract performance.
• AI provider credentials — if you bring your own API key, it is stored encrypted and used only to run your requests against that provider. Legal basis: contract performance.
• Support messages — what you send us by email or the contact form. Used to answer you. Legal basis: contract performance and legitimate interests.
• Usage and telemetry — pages and features used, credit consumption, device and browser type, approximate location from IP address, error logs and IP address. Used for security, fraud and abuse prevention, and to improve the product. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
• Marketing preferences — if you join the launch list or opt in to product emails. Legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Legal and compliance records — records we must keep, such as tax and accounting records. Legal basis: legal obligation.

Payment card details are collected and processed by Paddle, not by us. We never see or store your full card number.

• Service providers and subprocessors — hosting, database, authentication, storage, email delivery, error monitoring and analytics providers, and the AI model providers needed to run the feature you invoke.
• Paddle.com — our Merchant of Record, for sale of subscriptions and credit packs, subscription management, payments, invoicing and tax compliance.
• Professional advisers — legal, accounting and audit advisers where needed.
• Authorities — where we are legally required to disclose, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
• Acquirers — in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, under confidentiality.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use your private captures to train our own models.

Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where data leaves the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

We keep your account and captured content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your content within 30 days, except where we must keep records longer for legal, tax or fraud-prevention reasons. Logs and telemetry are kept for up to 12 months.

Depending on where you live, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, to receive a portable copy, to withdraw consent, and to opt out of marketing. If you are in the UK or EEA you can also complain to your supervisory authority; if you are in California you have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.

To exercise any right, email support@getfrogg.com. We respond within one month.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, hashed credentials and extension tokens, row-level access controls in our database, and least-privilege access for our team. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember your workspace preferences and secure the Service — these cannot be switched off without breaking the app. We may also use privacy-friendly analytics cookies to understand feature usage. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings; essential cookies are required to sign in.

GetFrogg is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data; if you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

We will update this notice as GetFrogg changes and will post the new version here with a revised date. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email.
